Come join Matt at his studio in beautiful Upcountry Kula. Here you can visit with the artist, and see his latest projects. Walk around the property and take in some of the views, flowers, and fauna that have inspired many of Matt's paintings.
Directions:
From Hana Hwy/ HI-36 S take a right onto Haleakala Hwy /HI-37 S Continue up Kula Hwy /HI-37 S, Take a left uphill onto Lower Kula Road*.*There are several Lower Kula Roads before us (4), but ours is paired with green signs for the Kula Community Center, and Holy Ghost Church.

Once on Lower Kula Road you will pass Haleakala Waldorf on the right, and you will then see the entrance to the community center on your left. Pass the entrance to the community center driveway, pass the tennis courts, and you will find the straight, paved drive up to the studio.
Follow the drive about 1/4 mile up the hill past the horses, and look for the red roof on the left. The driveway is a bit rough at the top, so please feel free to park anytime along the way up, and walk the rest of the way. We look forward to sharing the artwork of Matt Holton with you.
